Nationwide no longer limits contractors based on industry or daily income, choosing instead to prioritise flexibility by permitting up to 12 weeks off contracting annually and relaxing contract run-out terms. Their criteria is straightforward: contractors are required to have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar industry, while documentation is kept to a minimum, focusing on ID, recent contracts and personal bank statements.

  • ID and proof of address
  • Evidence of income
  • Evidence of current contract
